EFT

Could tapping help you feel calmer?

Would you like a tool to help you overcome fear and anxiety — even to help reduce physical pain? A tool that's at your fingertips, one you can use any time, anywhere, in any situation, to help you feel calmer and more able to cope with life?

It's called EFT, and it's been proven to help.

What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?

You may have heard it called “Tapping.” EFT is a brief, self-applied technique for reducing stress, combining elements of cognitive therapy with gentle physical stimulation of the body’s acupuncture points. It gets its nickname from the simple two-finger tapping motion used on these points — something anyone can learn and use for themselves.

1.  SH — Side of Hand

3.   EB — Eye Brow

5.   UE — Under the Eye

7.   CH — Chin

9.   UA — Under Arm

2.    ToH — Top of Head

4.   SE — Side of Eye

6.   UN — Under the Nose

8.   CB — Collar Bone

10.   WP — Wrist (watch strap)

Why EFT stands out

EFT is the most researched method in the field of energy psychology. Multiple studies have found it to be an effective treatment for pain, anxiety, depression, food cravings, trauma, PTSD, and even peak athletic performance.

There are over 600 identified forms of psychotherapy, yet many have little or no research behind them. EFT is different: energy psychology is both evidence-based and ranks in the top 10% of psychotherapy modalities in terms of published research.
